About Rachel

I have over 17 years of leading through change, designing experiential workshops, and developing people into their best selves. I continue to be a learner, intentionally seeking ways to grow and expand myself, my business, my clients and their businesses. I bring a strong curiosity and the ability to listen in a way that deepens understanding and grows awareness. I've spent my life observing the way leaders interact with their people. I have always been drawn to what connects people both to themselves and to others and what leads to disconnection. 

I am a trained listener and seasoned facilitator. My work has spanned nearly every role from project manager to founder. My passion fires up when it comes to people growing and leading in healthy ways. Clarity and momentum are a couple of my favorite things.

Currently, I find myself working with leaders who are expanding their services, growing their company, or repositioning for the future. We collaborate on their own growth and how to create the culture they need to realize their vision.
